Born in Seoul, Benoît Cimbé is a composer and sound designer who graduated in piano, clarinet and orchestration from the École Normale de Musique de Paris and the Conservatoire.

Attentive to the dialogue between sound and image, he writes music for films, documentaries and TV series. He is equally drawn to unique soundscapes and to both grand and intimate orchestral formations, always serving the emotions he seeks to reveal with accuracy and finesse.

As a soundscape designer in the luxury industry, he creates sonic environments for contemporary artists in museum exhibitions, as well as immersive experiences as a sound scenographer for prestigious clients.

He regularly collaborates with and produces for Cezame Music Agency.
