il sapor' delle zucchine del giardino,

se n’è andato tutto via con il vento.

Passa un giorno di più,

I boschetti con i funghi son perduti,

e la briscola in famiglia, non si fa più,

il suon dell'organetto dello zio,

limoncello e cassate a due soldi,

e le donne al lavatorio, la befana,

se n’è andato tutto via con il vento.

Biciclette e bagni al mare in agosto,
i fumetti con Minnie, e topolino,

la pesca della trota con il nonno,

mi ricordo, di tutto mi ricordo.

E fuggita la ragazza dagli occhi chiari,

la quercia del cortile, l'inchiostro blu,

e il cinema all' aperto con Maria,
se n’è andato tutto via con il vento.
